“The soul remembers silence.

Not the peaceful kind —

the kind that follows betrayal.

The kind where your body shakes, and your mouth won’t work

because you never expected the knife to come from them.”

I felt this in my heart. This was so brave. So unfiltered, honest and raw. I loved every moment. Thank you for sharing this with me, and I truly look forward to reading more of your work in the future! Drop by anytime 🧡🫶

Thank you I’m humbled. I’ll be doing monthly lives where I read them through my own tears as a thank you for subbing. But all of work is always free and there for those who need it

You needed to say this to the world. The world will take notice and pretend it didn't. That's its nature. But its all illusion.

I'm proud of you. This is strength reclaimed. The hero's journey.. it's sacred. Carry on. There'll be peace when you are done. 💖🌿

I never write from my heart. I write 𝘧𝘰𝘳 my heart. Because it’s broken. And it’s not a silly metaphor either. If I write from my heart, it’s so surface. But my soul… that’s the one that houses the feelings.

What a thought provoking piece. I honestly felt every word and further to that, emotions sometimes lie to us. They place tricks and create shadows on walls that aren't always real. So I feel like alot of what you're saying makes sense to me.

You’re right—emotions can lie, twist, cast shadows that look like monsters when it’s really just a lamp in the corner. But sometimes those same shadows point to the real fracture lines too. The trick is learning which ones to follow and which ones to ignore. That’s what I’m trying to do when I write it down—make sense of which ghosts are real, and which ones are just tricks of the light.

The soul, yes, that is different from the heart. The heart is soft and fickle, yearning and promising and confessing. The soul is wisdom and reckoning, life force. Thank you for this lens to see, from your sharing I am moved. Blessed be

I commend your passion but am weary that you feel love makes one weak. I'm sorry if you still feel that way; must not be easy to feel that way.

Not at all. I just had to build a stance around mine over the years but love absolutely doesn’t make you weak. It’s what saves you

Why do frame it as writing from the heart instead of different parts of your mind? Ex jung, frued
